It’s time to party like it’s 1895…because on September 18th, chiropractic care turns 128 years old!
As your partner in natural health, we couldn’t be more excited to share this special holiday with our patients. To kick things off, we’ve put together a blog post that covers some little known facts about chiropractic care—head over to our website to check it out Furthermore just so you know, each year we celebrate with special offers for new patients and for people that have not been in for a while. We will be talking more about this in the days ahead. It takes place the week of September 18th 2023. It ends on Friday September 22, 2023.
We have mentioned it on face book as well. September 18th, 1895 is the day the first adjustment was given to Harvey Lillard and it restored his hearing. And Chiropractic as we know it was born. Chiropractic is now the largest drug free, non-surgical health care profession in the world. The chiropractic adjustment removes interference from your nervous system allowing your body to function at it’s full potential. Further more Vicki, Heather our daughter and I will be traveling to Davenport, Iowa to Palmer College of Chiropractic Home Coming. While there I will be attending some classes, celebrating the first adjustment and Chiropractic’s 128th birthday. Davenport is Vicki’s home town so she will visit family and perhaps an old friend or 2 and we will both revisit some old haunts like Whitey’s Ice Cream store. Our events page is now on line with the specifics. In the meantime watch for more emails and face book as we will be talking more about it in the days and weeks ahead..
